Red River Bank Building (229 Milam)

The former Crystal Oil Building was recently converted to luxury condominiums, the first of its kind in downtown Shreveport. The five-story building was built in 1902 and significantly remodeled in 1941 and 1950. The property was a significant building at the turn of the century in a very young town and was “recycled” by a major bank before WWII. The building has been well used and maintained over its life. The conversion to condominiums is a well-matched adaptive re-use that maintains the historic value of the property.

One condo is currently available for sale. Access the video tour here.
