Price: Members $5.50, Future Members $10.50, Member Child $10.50, Future Member Child $15.50 (all prices include applicable sales tax)

Sci-Port transforms into a spooky world of jack-o-lanterns, spiders and skeletons for our annual Tricks & Treats Night. Trick-or-treat throughout the center, play carnival games, interact with creatures of the night, watch Halloween-themed science demonstrations, dance at the Monster Mash and compete in our costume contest. Activities will be available for children of all ages. *Note: advance tickets are discounted, and Eventbrite/advance sales will end at 9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27. Tickets may be purchased at the door, but all prices will increase by $1.50.

Schedule of Events

6:00 p.m.

• Spider’s Lair Costume Contest Judging, IMAX Dome Theatre
  Choose from one of the three available contests:
  1. Children 5 & Under will compete for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.
  2. Kids 6 & over will compete for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places
  3. Family entry will compete for one prize. (All Family members must be dressed as one theme.)

6:00-9:00 p.m.

• Creatures of the Night, Red River Gallery – Creepy creatures are lurking this hallowed eve. Come see – and pet, if you dare – snakes, spiders and other nighttime creatures.
• Carnival Corner, Clyde Fant Plaza – There’s lots of fun for all at the carnival! Play Witch Pitch, Balloon Pop, Spider Web Crawl, Pumpkin Bowling and many other ghoulishly fun games.
• Zombie Containment Lab, Franks Foundation Solarium – Can you escape infection? Make your way through our zombie containment lab while testing, observing, and possibly devising a vaccine for the undead plague.
• Monster Mash, Dayna & Ronald L. Sawyer Space Dome Planetarium – Everyone is invited to dance the night away at this out of this world experience!
• Flesh, Bones and Bugs Buffet, Schumpert Body Works Health Zone – Awaken your taste buds with edible bones, worms and a grubby sampling of treats provided by our friends from Walter B. Jacobs Memorial Nature Park.
• Ooey, Gooey Monsters, Comcast – Get up close and personal with our monsters! Dig through monster guts to find a prize, and awaken your senses by identify monster parts.
• Hocus Pocus, JP Morgan Chase Grand Lobby  – It’s just a bunch of Hocus Pocus in this witches’ lair. Snap a spooky photo at the Cosse & Silmon Orthodontics photo booth.
• Frankenstein Lab Show, SWEPCO Demonstration Theater – Are you ready for a shocking good time? Come see what experiments are in the works in Dr. Frankenstein’s Lab.

8:00 p.m.

• Costume Contest winners announced in the JPMorgan Chase Grand Lobby.

FOOD

• Guests can pre-order Chick-fil-A at Youree Drive via the link for tickets. Chick-fil-A will only be available for pre-order.
• The Missing Link food truck will be at the event with their yummy hot dogs.
• The Galaxy Cafe will be open with a limited menu.
