December on the Red: Lights & Sounds of the Holidays

The first three Saturdays in December, head to downtown Shreveport’s newly renovated Riverview Park for free, family-friendly holiday fun during December on the Red. On Saturday, Dec. 10 enjoy “Lights and Sounds of the Holidays” featuring a laser light show timed to orchestral music as well as performances by community choirs and more beginning at 4 p.m. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs and enjoy the show! Admission is free and ample free parking will be available nearby. On-site security will be provided. Riverview Park is located at 601 Clyde Fant Parkway in downtown Shreveport.

Head downtown earlier in the day on Saturday, Dec. 10 to enjoy “Sounds of the Season in the Red River District” in downtown Shreveport, 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
