Shreveport Regional Arts Council presents the return of the 
ARTIST ENTREPRENEURIAL INTENSIVE TRAINING PROGRAM
rebranded as ARTIST UP! 

On February 21, join us at the Central ARTSTATION to find out more about the course.

Artist Up! will level up skills and experience of emerging artists through a series of courses/classes at the Central ARTSTATION. 
Led by renowned Dallas, Texas curator and mixed media artist Lesli Marshall, this 8 week course promises to deliver strategies for increasing earned income for artists from the production, marketing, distribution of Art by at least 30% within one year of course completion.

PRICING & RETAIL DISPLAY – BUILDING A WEBSITE
LLC/LIABILITY/TAXES – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY TRADEMARKS & MORE !!!

It is a goal of the Shreveport Regional Arts Council to strengthen the professional arts community in order to advance the Arts, and maximize access to the Arts, for the people of Shreveport, Bossier and Northwest Louisiana.

Graduates will create a marketing portfolio and take part in a group exhibition at the Central ARTSTATION. The Course takes place on Wednesdays Between February 22 – April 11. 5:30pm – 8:30pm

– The cost of the course is $100 with a $400 Pay It Forward cost to the Community. Food and drink is provided.
– Artists who do not wish to be certified can pick and choose classes at a cost of $20/class.
– Classes are free to Roster Artists, but they will not receive certification.

Pay-It-Forward is a method of payment through the Shreveport Regional Arts Council (SRAC) that provides Northwest Louisiana Roster and NWLA Artists’ Directory artists the opportunity to “pay” for resources at the Central ARTSTATION through “In-Kind” professional artist services to select Social Service organizations in the Shreveport Common neighborhood.
