Bond’s Eye: a photography exhibit
Hosted by Alex Bond
Alex Bond likes to climb things, travel, and take pictures. Going through his archives brought the realization that it was time to have a show. This will be his first solo photo exhibit after a decade+ of repeatedly saying, “I’m not a photographer!”
After years of hobby shooting, Alex started professionally in college as a designer and copy editor at a newspaper, which led him to work closely with some amazing photojournalists — they taught him how to tell stories in a frame.
These photos will be of Shreveport musicians, Bond’s time at LSU, architecture of NYC, and my rock climbing escapades from the Southwestern desert. Of course throwing a few oddities in there…
Thanks to a long-time relationship with Sign It, Inc., Alex will be able to offer mounted prints of his work at extremely reasonable prices. (Special pricing for anyone who is the subject of a photo.)
Seeing his work adorn offices, homes, and his friends’ social media profiles gives Alex’s pictures a purpose.
Join Mr. Bond for what will be a fun night of Jazz music, good food, great people and a large swath of his life work laid barren on a brick wall.
