Survive the holidays with yoga + beer. Come practice your best holiday tree pose and find your balance on December 19 at Red River Brewing Company! Wear red, green, or whatever colors get you in the holiday mood. Ugly sweaters are totally appropriate if you want to heat up your yoga practice.

Enjoy a special treat of Young Living Essential Oil Lavendar drops while in savasana, and try Panaway & Lemongrass after class to soothe your sore muscles from our friends at Oil Infused Living.

Fat Calf Boucherie will be selling select food items after class! Watch our Facebook event for menu to be announced.

Yoga sculpt details:
Ticket includes 45 minute yoga sculpt + one free beer.
*Check-in 5:45 p.m. :: Class begins 6:00 p.m.
*Purchase tickets by December17 to receive Early Yogi Ticket price of $15 per class/$12 military-student.
*Tickets purchased on December 18 or at door are $20 per class/ $17 military-student rate.

If tickets are still available, they will be sold at the door. **Red River taproom is open to the public during this event. No ticket refunds or transfers allowed.

*BYOM – Bring your own mat :: BYOW – Bring your own weights (2-5 lbs. recommended). Mat or weight rental available for $2 each (cash only). Email vivayogagirl@gmail.com prior to event to guarantee equipment availability.

Brewoga is a dynamic workout and an energizing form of yoga sculpt. It incorporates strength exercises, a squat series, push-ups, core, and cardio. Set to lively music, this 45-minute class is designed for beginner to advanced students. After class, restore your electrolytes with a cold pint of beer!
