Bring your pet and your love beads to the annual Krewe of Barkus & Meoux Pet Parade on the downtown riverfront. Animals, food, fun things to buy, contests and a giant parade, led by Grand Marshal Liz Swaine, Executive Director of the Downtown Development Authority and her pound and found pooches Starvina and Cooper. Fun for the whole family! Activities start at 1:30, the parade kicks off at 3pm.
