Residential Development Opportunities
The Center City Living Report details the findings of a 2009 study commissioned by the DDA to identify potential residential development opportunities in downtown Shreveport. This study included five buildings of different sizes that were evaluated for conversion from their current vacant state to residential facilities.
Below, are Pro Formas for each property highlighted in the report and should be used for speculation only. The Pro Formas are current as of 2009, the date of the study. Developers are encouraged to modify the proposed plans and pro-forma as they see fit. The architectural schematics and costs in this document were developed to illustrate one possibility.
