The Darragh Company (www.darraghcompany.com), a commercial construction supply company, announced the acquisition of Morgan Tool & Supply (www.morgantoolandsupply.com), 939 Louisiana Avenue in downtown Shreveport effective March 1, 2021. With the acquisition, Darragh will have a total of 13 locations in all its divisions in Arkansas, Texas, Tennessee, and now Louisiana.
Rich Dunlap, Darragh Company CEO commented on the move, “We are so pleased that Morgan Tool & Supply will be joining the Darrah family. Exciting things ahead!” Darragh and Morgan share many of the same product lines and together will have even stronger capabilities to offer the products that construction, industrial and trade professionals depend on in the Shreveport market.
