Join United Way of Northwest Louisiana as we announce the launch of 2-1-1 help services hotline on February 21 at 10 a.m. at the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce. This service will connect people in need with the governmental and non-profit resources waiting to help them. All calls are answered by a trained professional 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with the support of an up-to-date database of resources.
