Officer LaValley Memorial Stone Dedication

River Bend Rotary and the Shreveport Police Department will be dedicating Officer LaValley’s stone marker in the Police and Fire Department Memorial downtown on the riverfront this Friday at noon. This ceremony is open to the public! Mounted patrol & horses also welcome!
