Fish: Fisherman’s Pie filled with haddock, scallops, shrimp, and mussels tossed in a rich sherry cream sauce and placed in a delicate puff pastry
Wild: Game loaf of duck, venison, and rabbit, with a wild mushroom red wine demi-glace
Red: Roasted rack of lamb with natural au jus, served with cabbage, red onion, and oven roasted beet compote
