Ladies, it’s time to treat yourself.
Start your day with a sunrise yoga sculpt session (BYO-mat, we’d recommend a water bottle and towel as well!) and then make your way inside for a series of breakout sessions with local wellness experts. These sessions will cover topics ranging from “How to Manage Stress with Dr. Kim Woods” to “Dr. Karen Pendleton’s 7 Tips for Aging Beautifully” or even “An Introduction to Essential Oils led by Mary Thoma” and a hands-on tour of The Remington spa.

8:00 – 8:45 am: sunrise yoga on the rooftop
9:00 – 9:30 am: breakout session #1
9:30 – 10:00 am: intermission
10:00 – 10:30 am: breakout session #2
10:30 – 11:00 am: intermission
11:00 – 11:30 am: breakout session #3
11:30 – 12:00 pm: intermission
12:00 – 1:00 pm: lunch, featuring a speaker from Susan G. Komen
1:00 – 1:30 pm: event wrap-up
We’ll cap off the afternoon with a healthy and delicious lunch catered by STEM, featuring a powerful speaker from Susan G Komen. You’ll leave the first ever Rouge Retreat feeling inspired, informed and empowered to take charge of your overall body, mind and spirit.
