FIT FOR LIFE EXPO

Fit For Life Expo is part of a weekend of fitness activities that includes thousands of athletes, national competitions and family-friendly activities that educate everyone on how to be Fit For Life! The Expo will showcase local and national vendors demonstrating the latest in fitness and nutritional products, along with all-day demos by fitness instructors on the “Fitness Is Fun” stage. The kids can get in on the action in the Kids Fitness Zone. In addition, there will be competitions that include MMA/Boxing, Martial Arts, Arm Wrestling and more. Fit For Life is the only fitness expo in Northwest Louisiana that brings together all areas of fitness and healthy living. The highlight of the weekend is the Optimum Classic competition that will showcase hundreds of bodybuilders from all over the country competing for big prizes.
