27th Annual Auction Against AIDS: Walking the Runway for a Cure!

The Board of Directors invites you to become a part of a night of Fashion, Music, Art. The Philadelphia Center’s Auction Against AIDS is celebrating its 27th Anniversary this July, and we are ready for the fashion show to begin. Come enjoy a stylish night as we bring the fashion world of New York, Paris, and Milan to our city. As always we will have a fabulous feast, must have silent and live auction items, and avant garde entertainment that is sure to create a timeless event. This year’s title sponsor is Sam’s Town Hotel and Casino in Shreveport, LA, and the auction will be held on Saturday July, 16th, 2016. We will have general and runway seating for guests, tables for sponsors, iconic entertainment, and several popular contests. To fulfill its mission of providing support services, preventing the spread of HIV/AIDS and STDs, and improving the quality of life for all people affected, the Philadelphia Center continues to have this fundraiser for the northwest Louisiana community.

TICKETS: Tickets are on sale now! Only $25 from now until June 17th, so don’t delay! Tickets are $50 from June 18th until the day of the event, being sold at the door. DONATION OF AUCTION ITEMS: The Auction Against AIDS started as an art auction, and though it has expanded to offer a variety of local items and services, artwork is still the primary donation. NEW FOR THIS YEAR, for the total items donated by an individual, they will receive one (1) ticket for items valued from $100 – $249 and two (2) tickets for items valued from $250 onward. Items may be dropped off at our office at 2020 Centenary Blvd., Shreveport, LA 71104.
