Black Women in the Arts Brunch
Mahogany Ensemble Theatre presents the 2nd Black Women in the Arts Holiday Brunch. This quarterly event will be held on Sat. December 17th at Bon Temps Coffee Bar located in the Red River District in downtown Shreveport. The purpose of this event is to serve as a creative platform for women artists and arts enthusiast of African descent. Enjoy delicious culinary cuisine, networking, and connecting with dynamic artists throughout Northwest Louisiana.
This event will feature a curated exhibit showcasing African American women artists as well as guest speakers sharing arts and other related information. Attendees are invited to bring (1) gift for a holiday gift exchange and (1) children’s gift to donate to an area Christmas Toy Drive.
Tickets must be purchased in advance by Monday, December 12th.
