Battle of the Gumbo Gladiators is a gumbo cookoff for amateur and professionals alike. We know awesome backyard gumbo cooks are not afraid to test their mettle in the gumbo battlefield against professional chefs.

For those that just want to eat, attendance is free but you must purchase tickets to sample and vote on your favorite gumbo. Samples only $2 each. There will be soft and hard beverages available for purchase. There is also a vendor village to do a little shopping in between gumbo samples, and activities for kids.
Gumbo winners will be announced at 4 pm day of the event. To make sure you can try as many gumbos as your heart desires, we recommend arriving before 3 pm.
