Local Savages: An Art Show at Noble

Local Savages is back! The idea is simple: cut out a bunch of the same wooden panels, get ’em to the best local artists without restrictions, and then see what shows up on opening night.
This time, it’s an identical puzzle piece. We’re having the show on April Fools Day to encourage humourous interactions between different works of art. Each piece has four possible ways to connect to other art. The pieces do not make up a larger puzzle; we will be hanging them in comedic clusters and lines. Some may even stand alone.
You will be able to purchase multiple pieces and arrange them however you see fit. I’ll mark half of them as horizontal/vertical so there should be a good mix. Anyone buying 2 or more pieces will receive a 5 percent discount from each artist to encourage patrons to create whatever they might want on the wall at home.
I’ll be adding a list of artists soon, and the blanks will be available asap. Some artists may get more than one. If you are interested in participating, send me a link to a facebook/instagram/
