Artist talks, demonstrations, and artwork GIVEAWAY with Lisandra T Di Liberto Brown and Sarah Joy Lewis!
Starting at about 6:15, Sarah Joy Lewis will demonstrate gold leafing techniques and her painting process using sheer glazes.
Lisandra T Di Liberto Brown will then discuss her recent mural work in downtown Shreveport, and demonstrate how she mixes reality and her unique fantastical viewpoint in paintings.
After the talks, Sarah Joy and Li will each give away a small painting! All you have to do to be eligible is sign up at the event!
Come early for happy hour at Parish Taceaux! 2 for 1 taceauxs until 6pm; half price wine, local bottled or canned beers, and $3 margaritas until 7pm.
This event is one of a series of Artist Talks and part of the Artspace Artist Studios Exhibition, open through May 13th.
