Invite your friends to celebrate American Craft Beer Week at Brewoga! Sculpt your body during an awesome 45-minute total body workout, and drink (or pose with) your favorite Red River Beer after class.

After class enjoy free, food from Prepared Nutrition, and guiltless desserts from Prep Cakes!

**RRBC taproom is open to the public during Brewoga.

Event details:

  • Ticket includes 45 minute yoga sculpt + one free beer.
  • Check-in 5:45 p.m. :: Class begins 6:00 p.m.
  • Purchase tickets by May 14 to receive Early Ticket prices. $15 for general admission – $12 for military, students or Rodan+Fields group.
  • Tickets purchased on May 15 or at door are $20 for general admission – $17 for military, students or Rodan+Fields group. 

Only 45 tickets will be sold. If tickets are still available, then they will be sold at the door. Must be 21 years or older to attend.

*BYOM – Bring your own mat :: BYOW – Bring your own weights (2-5 lbs. recommended). Mat or weight rental available for $2 each (cash only). Email vivayogagirl@gmail.com prior to event to guarantee equipment availability.

Brewoga is a dynamic workout and an energizing form of yoga. It incorporates strength exercises, a squat series, push-ups, core, and cardio. Set to lively music, this 45-minute class is designed for beginner to advanced students. After class, restore your electrolytes with a cold pint of beer!
