Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
Classes for the beginner or experienced student. A dynamic form of yoga that includes breathwork, kriyas, movement, meditation, and relaxation. A Kundalini Yoga class lasts between 1:15 hours and 1:30 hours, with relaxation.

Classes will be on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. and Thursday at 8:00 a.m. Bring your own yoga mat and block to class.
