About Alfred Kainga:

ALFRED KAINGA started doing stand up comedy in 2006 but turned professional in 2010, after after catching the attention of Dallas-area comedy club managers and promoters who started booking him on a regular basis.

Originally from the southern African country of Zimbabwe, KAINGA has been able to create his own unique style of comedy that often includes references to his African heritage as well as his experience of living in the U.S. for the past 16 years.

KAINGA is known for his appearance on Kevin Hart’s “Hart of the City” on Comedy Central. He was also a finalist for the Funniest Comic in Texas competition in 2014. Currently, KAINGA can be seen performing regularly at the Improv Comedy Clubs and Clubs across the country.
