Join us as we continue to celebrate the craft beer community and team up with our friends from Cane River Brewing (Based in Natchitoches, LA) to bring you a unique craft beer and dining experience. Enjoy a 3-course meal prepared by Chef Kyle Willis paired with different brews from Cane River Brewing. We will have the co-founder of Cane River joining us to discuss their featured brews and their story. Cane River just opened back in November and just reached distribution in Shreveport within the last month. We are so excited to have them down and feature some of their awesome brews.
First Course: Shrimp Ceviche- Shrimp marinated in citrus juices with diced onion, tomato, cucumber, and jalapeno. Topped with avocado, cilantro and fried tortilla strips. Paired with the Cane River Belgian Spice Ale.
Second Course: Pork Tamales- Shreddesd pork wrapped in masa and placed in corn husk topped with tamale sauce and an orange beurre blanc. Served with traditional style street corn off the cob. Paired with Cane River APA.
Third Course: Caremel Custard- Custard with caramel sauce topped with candied pecan crumble. Paired with Cane River Brown Ale.
