Join us as we continue to celebrate the craft beer community and team up with our friends from NOLA Brewing (Based in New Orleans, LA) to bring you a unique craft beer and dining experience. Enjoy a 4-course meal prepared by Chef de Partie Jay Lewis, paired with different brews from NOLA. We will have the Ryan Veuthey from NOLA joining us to speak on the craft beer community and all things NOLA Brewing. We are super excited to be teaming up with these folks to bring you another episode in the Evening with our Friends series. Join us at 5:30pm for a pre-dinner cocktail hour and dinner will kick off at 6PM.
1st Course: Two bruschetta snaps – cherry tomatoes, cucumber, squid, tossed white wine balsamic vinaigrette served on baked crostini and finished cilantro. Paired with NOLA Hoppyright Infringement DIPA, 7.6% ABV
2nd Course: Gambero’s Broth – poached shrimp, cannellini beans, carrots, onions, celery, served with crackers and topped with fresh herbs and extra virgin olive oil. Paired with NOLA Tangerine Wheat, fruit wheat beer, 5.5% ABV
3rd Course: Snapper Bedrock – seared snapper, plated over grilled tomatoes & squash, fried rice served in a butter lettuce cup and topped with chimichurri, a light-lemon glaze and microgreens. Paired with NOLA Blood for the Brood Blood Orange IPA, 7% ABV
4th Course: Sicilian Stuffed Pastry – filled with cocoa and cinnamon, dusted with powdered sugar, almonds, lemon / orange zest, with a side of peach jam. Paired with NOLA Strange But Not A Stranger Dry Hopped Fruited Gose with Passionfruit.
