Annual District II Vice President’s Celebration

It is time again to celebrate our District II Vice President, Charlotte Osborne. The event will be held July 13 with a wonderful meet and greet gathering at the Hilton and the celebration program will be July 14 at the adjoining Shreveport Convention Center.
