Looking for something to do for a Birthday Celebration or just a Girls Night Out?? Ladies don’t miss out on the fun with class instructor Amber Griffin from Center Stage Aerial Fitness in Monroe, Louisiana. Bring your heels, over-the-knee boots or ankle boots to this fun,sassy and sexy dance class! Can’t walk in heels?? No worries wear what you are comfortable in heels are not mandatory.

No dance experience required. Let our fun and amazing instructor guide you through.

Class will start on time. Please do not be late we suggest arriving 15 minutes early to get situated. Class attire: Anything you can move in. Leggings, Shorts, Fun dance or yoga style clothing and don’t forget your HEELS!
