In southern Brazil, local cowboys called gauchos prepare legendary
feasts in a tradition known as churrasco. Join us as Chef Wes brings
that legendary all-you-can-eat feast to the Petroleum Club. Treat
yourself to a wide array of chef-crafted salads, roasted vegetables,
imported cheeses, charcuterie and assorted sides. When you’re ready,
our Petroleum Club expert carvers will come to your table and serve
you sizzling beef, chicken and sausage.
