Break-A-Leg 5K | to benefit Stage Center

BREAK-A-LEG 5K (Run, Walk, & Dancer Dash!)
Come run with us through scenic downtown Shreveport on January 11th starting at 8:00am to help support the Stage Center! In addition to providing quality local theater produced by their Main Stage, currently in its 8th season, Stage Center provides access to theater education through its School of Performing Arts. This year, Stage Center is also adding a Touring Company, which will provide opportunities to school children through its Show on the Geaux initiative. Since they’re usually on stage or behind-the-scenes, this race is a chance for Stage Center creatives to get know the community members it serves, while also raising money to keep their programs running.

Broadway-themed costumes are HIGHLY encouraged. Face painters will also be on site before and after the race.
