STARBASE STEAM CAMP AT ARTSPACE, AN ARTS IN EDUCATION PROGRAM IN CONJUNCTION WITH “THE ART OF THE GUITAR” EXHIBITION

A fun, interactive hands-on STEAM Camp taught by STARBASE of Louisiana staff and Professional Artists. STARBASE is a premier Department of Defense STEM program sponsored by the 307th Bomb Wing of the Air Force Reserve Command at Barksdale Air Force Base. STARBASE STEAM Campers will explore and learn the art of sound. Campers will create working instruments using hand tools, make a sound mural that will be exhibited in artspace and learn about sound engineering. Campers will work in groups of four and receive a camp T-shirt. Lunch is not included, but can be purchased.
