Chef Michael Brenner and his staff have collaborated to come up with a five-course dinner to spice up your week. You’ll start with a Shrimp Chorizo Hot Dog, followed by courses of Clams Casino and a Pork Tamale. Then you’ll round out your dinner with a Cast Iron Seared Wagyu Hanger Steak and Mom’s Tiramisu. The five-course meal is $40 a person, with optional speciality cocktail pairings for each course for an additional $30 per person.
