Long-time Abby Singer’s Bistro Chef Tootie Morrison is packing up her knives and heading to … Morocco! Tootie has been accepted by the Ross Lynn Charitable Foundation to participate in an exchange in Morocco to immerse in cross cultural engagements involving food, farming and agricultural extension. Upon her return, she will launch her own catering business here in Shreveport.

Taking over at Abby Singer’s are two of Tootie’s right-hand men,bistro manager Greg Pitts and assistant manager Larry Lamette. They are committed to maintaining the deliciousness and excellence you’ve come to expect from Abby Singer’s, and are also ready to put their own stamp on the bistro.
