Join us in celebrating the first day of spring for a Caspiana Catering dining experience.

Spring is a time of renewal and rebirth. Everything blooms and begins a new cycle. We invite you to renew with us as we showcase some of the best sustainable seafood and in season vegetables along side botanical cocktails and fine wine.

This years Spring Equinox is special because its also a bright full moon in harmonious libra, as it showcases the third and final full supermoon of 2019.

Begin the evening with a signature Full Moon Cocktail as you take a tour through the Aquarium and enjoy different interactive Seafood Stations like a Raw Oyster Bar, Mini Ahi Tacos, & Fresh Sushi Rolls!

Mingle around to the patio for Live Music and a seated 3 course dinner under the Full Moon overlooking the Red River.
