Red River Brewing Company and Fat Calf Boucherie are proud to present a bourbon event centered around the Buffalo Trace Family of Bourbons. We have been brewing a special release beer in barrels delivered direct from Kentucky after having aged Buffalo Trace Bourbon in them. Our steaks for the evening have been aged in three increments in Eagle Rare Bourbon.
We are pleased to welcome a brand ambassador from the Sazerac family of liquors, which includes Buffalo Trace, who will be giving a talk on mixology and distilling processes.
Tastings of Blanton’s and W.L. Weller will be available, as well as bourbon barrel aged wines.
