Red River Brewing Company and Fat Calf Boucherie are proud to present “Full Proof: A Culinary and Craft Beer Experience celebrating the Buffalo Trace Family of Bourbons”.
This limited seating event will knock you off your feet highlighting some of the best that the Buffalo Trace Distillery has to offer.
We will be featuring the premier of our newest beer “Abdication of Responsibility”, an Imperial Stout that has been aging in bourbon barrels that were shipped directly to our tap room here in Shreveport from Louisville, Kentucky only 72 hours after they were emptied of Buffalo Trace Bourbon.
Next you’ll enjoy an amazing tapas style meal, highlighting Chef Anthony’s amazing steaks, aged for 60, 90, and 120 days in Eagle Rare Bourbon.
Bourbon Barrel aged wines, and Buffalo Trace cocktails will also be served through the event. To top it off we will be sampling some of the best bourbons that Buffalo Trace has to offer with Blanton’s, W.L. Weller and Eagle Rare being highlights of our drink menu for the evening.
