The time is here! The Shreveport Family Christmas Festival! A time of family fun, fellowship, and love will be held on Saturday December 15, 2018 Downtown in the Red River District from 2-6pm. This year’s theme is
“A Cajun Christmas “, and will feature Cajun favorites such as a second line band, and our Lick the Pot Gumbo Cook Off. Festival goers will enjoy live entertainment from several local bands, poets, acting guilds and more! Featuring the amazing Crystal Thomas, Lumpy Grits, and more! Our kidz zone will be the delight of every child’s day! With bounce house, cookie and ornament decorating, face painting, and a visit from Santa himself, our ultimate goal is to ensure that each child understands the true meaning of Christmas by providing the opportunity for each child to make gifts for their loved ones.
