“High Country” Exhibit w/Artist Mike Torma

Join us for a reception to welcome “High Country Series” with Represented Artist Mike Torma. Torma’s drawings and paintings reflect his major artistic interests, which are people and pets. They also evoke his travels. He studied art briefly at the École nationale supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris, France. “Even while painting in plein air, I’ve usually thought that not to include a human figure would be a missed opportunity,” Torma says.

The exhibit reception is scheduled for Thursday, May 10 from 5:30- 7:30 at Norsworthy Gallery, 214 Texas St. Admission is free.
