NWLA Walk of Stars Induction

Hosted by Northwest Louisiana Walk of Stars and Shreveport Municipal Auditorium

The Northwest Louisiana Walk of Stars will be inducting Estelle Brown on Thursday, December 6th. Estelle is a Shreveport resident and the last surviving member of the Sweet Inspirations — the backup group that sang with Elvis at every tour event from 1969 until his untimely death in 1977. Despite her age, Estelle still performs to this day and will be a part of the James Burton Christmas Concert: Memories of Elvis at Margaritaville on Saturday, December 8th.
