First Course, choice of:
Spinach salad with goat cheese, fresh strawberries, roasted walnuts
Spring mix with cherry tomatoes, cucumber and red onion
Caesar salad

Second Course, choice of:
Herb-crusted pork loin with cheese grits and vegetable medley
Prosciutto-wrapped chicken with rosemary potatoes and roasted asparagus
Eggplant parmesan served over angel hair pasta

Third Course:
Cheesecake with choice of caramel, strawberry or chocolate topping
