QUEERPORT IS BACK FOR OUR 2021 FLAGSHIP EVENT!
In honor of LGBTQ+ History Month, we are centering stories and voices of not only our past, but our present and what we hope for in the future. We plan to hold this event October 23 where it all began, minicine? in downtown Shreveport.

We are currently in search of musicians, performers, artists, and other fantastical creatives to bring their all and give us their queerest during our all day affair. Our marketplace will also be returning with handpicked, curated finds for everyone to shop.
Submissions to participate in QUEERPORT 2021 are open July 1-Sept. 1. A submission does not guarantee you will be accepted. Creatives will be contacted no later than Sept. 2.

WHAT IS QUEERPORT?
QUEERPORT was designed to give queer creators a platform to write, blog, upload video content, create events, hold fashion shows, and document our history. We are a grassroots org with a VOICE!
QUEERPORT was designed to give queer creators a platform to write, blog, upload video content, create events, hold fashion shows, and document our history. We are a grassroots org with a VOICE!
Our goal is to bring together queer creatives in the south, specifically in northwest Louisiana, to share our stories and create commentary on issues that matter to us. We aspire to empower queer youth and give them alternative resources and programming, offering events and workshops throughout the year. Our long term mission is to build our city’s first LGBTQIA+ arts and resource center.
