Self Care Saturday

Come relax and enjoy some “You” time every Saturday at Shreve Towne Studio 512. Whether taking a break from “Mom” duty or a heavy work load, this is the perfect place to “just bee”.
We will offer very light, restorative Yoga, guided meditation, healing teas and share health, skin care and nutrition tips. Each week will be a different theme or topic.
The Gift Shoppe will be open from 9am-1pm so that you can partake in some retail therapy!
This is a free event but donations based on your personal budget are welcome and appreciated so that we may continue to provide such services.
