- The three elements of self compassion
- Two simple yet powerful self compassion exercises
- One guided meditation
- Introduction into using essential oils to support your self compassion practice and how they affect our emotional and limbic system
In addition you will receive three essential oils to take home with you to continue your practice – must RSVP at least 24 hours in advance!

7:30 -8:00 Optional Essential Oils workshop for those who want to know more about getting started with Essential Oils and how to use them in support of mind, body + spirit.

Mary believes that each of us deserves to feel good in our bodies and radiantly alive, and that when we do, we are available to fully embrace our gifts and share them with the world. Mary has a passion for guiding women and creatives in returning to their natural state of vibrant health and joy by teaching them how to easily and effectively use pure essential oils in support of their wellness goals. She believes that when we listen to our bodies and give them what they need and understand on a cellular and energetic level, our bodies recognize and use this ancient plant intelligence to come back into balance in mind, body and spirit. Mary is deeply moved by helping other people regain this heart-centered vitality and she has built a thriving global community in just 3 years. Some women in her community have chosen to go further and create their own businesses educating others and sharing the love of essential oils under Mary’s mentorship, and thus the movement grows.
