Stage Center presents: The Lyons

Tickets are now on sale for The Lyons, a dark comedy by Nicky Silver, kicking off our seventh Mainstage season. Jared Watson will direct the production. FLEXTIX, our membership program, is now available for the entire season.

An outrageously funny and stirring work, THE LYONS is about a family grappling with the impending death of its patriarch. When Ben Lyons’ wife, Rita, and their grown children gather to say goodbye, they learn that despite being a family, each of them is utterly isolated. Afraid of closeness and afraid of solitude, they are propelled into foreign territory. The Hollywood Reporter calls it “Black-comedy perfection.”

The production stars Earleen Bergeron (Rita Lyons), Jim Cowles (Ben Lyons), Mary Kate McLaurine (Lisa Lyons), Daniel Salazar (Curtis Lyons), Kezia Pigford (a nurse), and Logan Sledge* (Brian, a real-estate broker).
