Survivors of Sexual Trauma Art Therapy Workshop

On Saturday, September 28th the last in a series of FREE art therapy workshops for survivors of sexual trauma will be at the Agora Borealis on Lake Street. It is underwritten by the Teal Rose Foundation and the Charles T. Beaird Family Foundation.
The workshop is led by Dr. Rebecca Thomas, a board certified art therapist with a Ph.D. in Psychology. Participants will be using the art technique of collage, which uses cut and torn paper and pictures, to create art that explores the idea of safety while coping with the effects of sexual trauma.
