Take the Mystery Out of Meat Class

Hosted by The Roaming Butcher

If you are looking to learn about meat and what makes meat taste so good this class is for you. The Roaming Butcher will be selling just 20 tickets, where our very own butcher Tyler Murad with help from our chef Roger Peterson will be conducting a fun and informative class to help introduce YOU to the world of beef, lamb and pork. In this demonstration class, participants will sample beef, enjoy a Red River beer or soft drink, and take home a cut of beef to prepare later.
