On Saturday, December 7, from 10:00 a.m. to noon, William Joyce’s Nicholas St. North returns to RAINBOW CITY for holiday picture taking and WHIMSICAL WAFFLES & liquid nitrogen ice cream.

Tickets are $15 per person, and reservations can be made at www.friendswithyoushreveport.com  Also on Saturday, local drum circle master, Ron Hardy, is calling all tribes, nations, and people to RAINBOW CITY and CADDO COMMON to an UNtraditional Pow Wow of drumming beginning at 2:00 p.m.
