Join Yoga Farm Fest in celebrating the holidays and the longest night of the year! The Winter Solstice is a turning point signifying the rebirth of the sun and the return of the light. It is from darkness that inspiration, strength, and life begin to emerge. Join Emily Sample and Sarah Duet as they join forces to open the heart and soul through movement, music and holiday cheer. *Some yoga experience necessary as the class will consist of breathing, 27 sun salutations, deep stretching and mediation.* We will close the night with a Well Fed LA champagne bar and shopping at Agora Borealis!
