Newbies to downtown can generally be seen driving the wrong way down our myriad of one-way streets (‘Hey, but I was only driving one way!’) or visiting the Subway restaurant on Texas Street day after day, unaware of other restaurants within easy walking distance.

Been noticing people staring at their smartphones after they find a parking place? ( Well, yeah, it HAS become the national pastime). They might be parking using our super handy parking app, Parkmobile. The app allows you to pay for the on-street space using your smartphone, gives you text updates when your time is running out, even allows you to extend for an hour longer than if you were feeding the meter the old-fashioned way. People have really enjoyed this amenity (the same app is used in cities around the country, by the way. Use is in New Orleans, Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Miami and more).
