� Panelist Spotlight: Commissioner Stormy Gage-Watts �

Commissioner Stormy Gage-Watts is currently serving her third term as an elected Caddo Parish Commissioner for District 7, where she is in her second tenure as Commission President. With 27 years of leadership experience, she is also CEO of Stormy’s Car Care and a licensed minister of the gospel.

Her impact extends across Louisiana and beyond—serving as former president of the Black Caucus Police Jury Association, Region IV Executive Director, Vice Chair of Criminal and Juvenile Justice, and Executive Director at Large for the National Association of Black Elected County Officials (NOBCO).

Deeply rooted in her community, Stormy serves on multiple local boards, including United Way of Northwest Louisiana, and is active in her church as Children’s Minister. She is also a proud wife, mother of three, and dedicated servant leader who has earned numerous awards for her commitment to service.
