SBAACC presents a special MLK Day event: Reel Progress, Exploring MLK’s vision for equality and economic growth.
6:00 pm: Screening of “Beyond Galilee”
7:30 pm: Panel discussion and Q & A

This powerful film chronicles the rich history of Shreveport’s Galilee Baptist Church and its pivotal role in the Civil Rights Movement.
Immediately following the screening will be a panel exploring MLK’s vision for equality and economic growth with community leaders:
