Chefs to be honored are Chris Hayes ( #FoodNetwork Star, Culinary Consultant and Entrepreneur), Monique Mosa Armand (Executive Director, Southern University at Shreveport’s MS KICK, Private Chef and Culinary Entrepreneur), and Chef Tee ( Toya Milton , Professional/Private Chef, owner of Exquisite Catering Service).

GCC is Shreveport’s biggest foodie’s paradise event and is by far the Foundation’s most successful fundraising event.
The GCC showcases a variety of dishes prepared and served by regional business leaders, lady chefs, kid chefs, politicians, and civic and community leaders.
Each participant will be on public display, preparing and sharing their culinary talents. For one day, these talented individuals will exchange their regular everyday duties for an apron, chef hat, and spatula to support worthy causes.
The fundraiser benefits students experiencing financial challenges who are seeking higher education in Shreveport/Caddo, Bossier, Desoto, and other surrounding parishes.
Food booth reservations are now open, AT NO CHARGE, to chefs and chefs-at-heart who want to show off their skills and share the food samples with attendees!
